How do I place an order on the site ? |
| You can either, select a product category and choose from the list displayed, or if you’ve received one of our stock lists then you can use the “Quick Order” function and enter each product code, e.g. JU147, MX233 etc. The product will be displayed and you can add it to your basket with the quantity required. |
Can I pay with a credit card ? |
| As the site is very new, we are still negotiating with the bank for a new merchant number. We hope to have this soon (during March 2006) and this will enable us to accept credit and debit card payments online. |
Can I speak to someone ? |
| Yes you can. If you click on the “Contact Us” box on the left and include your name and phone number, we can call you back. This saves you the cost of the call. We will aim to call back within a few hours. (Mon - Fri, 08.30 - 17.00) |
What is an “Only Fair Trader” ? |
| We want to offer support to people within organisations, groups or businesses who are looking to sell Fairtrade products among their friends and colleagues. The scheme we are setting up will be simple and easy to operate. To find out more and receive a pack of information, click on “Contact Us” and choose “Only Fair Trader” from the drop down list. |
